The Solution: Premium Vratza Limestone Vratza Limestone was selected to entirely clad the expansive exterior. Its dense structure and exceptionally low water absorption make it perfectly suited for extreme marine environments, preventing salt decay and moisture degradation.

However, the deeply recessed windows and sharp corner detailing create a powerful optical illusion, making the building appear as if it was carved from a single, giant block of Vratza limestone.
